Warm Green Bean and Goat Cheese Salad

trimmed

herbed goat cheese
olive oil

sherry vinegar
salt and pepper

slivered toasted almonds

Cook beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and toss with a little olive oil and vinegar.  Stir in goat cheese and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with almonds.
