Roasted Corn

corn
1/2
red bell pepper
diced

tablespoon
olive oil
salt and pepper
[process]: 

Heat a pan over high heat.  Add olive oil.  Add the corn and do not stir for 2 minutes.  You want the corn to get charred.  Now add bell pepper and stir. Cook another 3 minutes, stirring just occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
