Orange and Jicama Salad

jicama
peeled and sliced into matchsticks

oranges
peeled, seeded and pith removed
1/4
cup
fresh squeezed orange juice

lemon juice

tablespoon
honey

teaspoon
Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
[process]: 

Cut oranges in half and then slice.  Add to jicama in a medium bowl. Dress and season with salt and pepper.
