Lemon-y Baked Chicken

boneless chicken breasts

olive oil

dijon mustard

fresh thyme

cloves
garlic
minced
salt and pepper

[process]: 

Season chicken with salt and pepper.  Mix olive oil and next 3 ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt some butter in an oven proof skillet over medium high heat.  Add chicken and brown on each side. Pour sauce over and finish in the oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
