Green Salad with Herbed Vinaigrette

white wine vinegar

chopped tarragon

Place shallot in vinegar and allow to macerate for 15 minutes.  In a large bowl, whisk mustard into oil and then add vinegar and herbs.  toss with lettuce and serve immediately.
