You will need 4 ramikens. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place a cup of sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until browned and carmel-y. Immediately pour about 3 tablespoons into each ramiken, tilting to get some on the sides. Beat eggs in a mixer,add vanilla, cinnamon and then mix in the milks and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour custard into ramikens. Place inside a baking dish filled with 2 inches of hot water. and bake for 50 minutes. Remove and let cool. Invert each ramiken onto a plate so the caramel flows over the custard.
