Crispy Spinach

bag of spinach

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
butter

tablespoons
breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
[process]: 

Melt olive oil in a large skillet.  Saute spinach until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. In another pan melt butter.  Add breadcrumbs and cook for 2 minutes until brown and toasted.  Toss with cooked spinach.
