Corned Beef with 2 Dipping Sauces

whole grain mustard

white wine

sour cream

prepared horseradish

[process]: 

Prepare corned beef according to package instructions.  If you are boiling be sure to add the juices in the bag.

For the sauces:

Mix mustard, wine and honey together.  Season with salt and pepper.

Mix sour cream and horseradish together and season with salt and pepper.
