Collard Greens

collard greens
stems removed and leaves chopped
2
cloves
garlic

tablespoons
olive oil
minced
salt and pepper
[process]: 

In a pot of boiling water, add greens and cook for 15 minutes.  Drain in a collander.  Press to get most of the water out.  In a large saucepan, heat olive oil and garlic.  Stir in greens and saute for 5 minutes.  Season with satl and pepper.
