Caprese Sandwiches

Italian white bread

butter

fresh mozzerella cheese

Campari tomatoes

[process]: 

Butter 1 side of each piece of bread.  Warm a large skillet over medium heat and place 4 slices of bread with the buttered side down.  Layer remaining ingredients, top with additional bread buttered side up.  When bottom is brown, carefully turn sandwich over and cook until cheese is melted.  Dip into the soup...yum yum!!!
