Heat oil in a deep fryer or cast iron skillet to 375 degrees. Cut bananas lengthwise and then crosswise. Place one section of banana on top of each wrapper. Mix cinnamon with brown sugar and sprinkle over each banana. Roll up like a burrito and seal edges with a little water. Fry a few bananas at a time until lightly golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
