Sinful Saturday! Biscuits and Chorizo Gravy.

This kind of breakfast is certainly reserved for the special days in life. Days when you can turn your phone off and climb back into bed for some serious snuggling; tired and full, fat and happy.

Biscuits and gravy. Biscuits with chorizo gravy! Spicy sausage love smothered atop warm buttery flaky biscuits.

Is anyone else feeling warm in this moment? I mean there really are no words for this degree of satisfaction.

For the ultimate high/low dining experience, serve this with a beautiful glass of bubbles.

Then say good-bye to the outside world and get under the covers.

Ahhhh....bliss.

Of course, if you want to get a little crazy, you can make your own biscuits.  But after you pour all this delicious business on top, the difference is negligible.
